.fun day.

grandma and grandpa staheli came to visit me one day in february. they wanted to work on the yard with daddy. i had helped a lot and was ready for a break, so i grabbed the closest thing to snack on, a yummy bag of chips..

and about 3 minutes later once they were all gone...

we all took a field trip to plant world!

.i was ecstatic.

.the birds cawed...then i cawed.

.the tortoises were my favorite.

.and who wouldn't be surprised and amazed at the sight of bunnies!?!.

.grandpa staheli helped me say hi to some beautiful birdies.

we had such a great day! topped off with some yummy pizza for dinner that night. i love it when my grandma and grandpa come to visit! i'm already planning our next outing! :) :) :)

.adjusting.

last thursday emma went with grandma and grandpa to the chiropractor, which just happens to be someone that my whole family adores, bishop dudley!
grandpa was there to get an adjustment, and we decided to send emma to have bishop adjust her little body as well. we did it once before when she was just a couple of months old during a time when she was super constipated, and it helped soo much, so we decided to send her as regularly as we can to help her in any and all ways possible.
grandma said she felt the impact of the 'gun' before it was applied to emma, and it's force isn't painful, but i think the unknown, as well as the sound it made, cause emma bean to cry her poor little heart out. good thing grandpa was there to comfort her while mommy was at work. haha. these pictures break my heart! needless to say, bishop was not her favorite person. she didn't wave goodbye or blow kisses like she normally does when she says goodbye to people. grandma said when it was time to leave emma left with grandpa as fast as she could and didn't turn back. ha. hopefully she'll get used to it the more she goes.
