Pruitt Littles

I'm super late with this update, but better late than never.  Kylie turned 4 months on the 13th of November, so, with Emma's help, we took a few pictures of our little sugar to document the milestone.  at 4 months Kylie has mastered rolling onto her tummy.  she was actually rolling across the room for a few days and then gave it up.  mommy's happy about that. not a huge fan at how fast she was growing, so going back to just rolling onto her tummy and needing mommy's help to get back onto her back is just fine with me!

this has been a tricky month as far as sleep goes.  there were a couple of weeks where she went back to waking up 4 times at night for feedings - yucky!  She's still not sleeping all through the night like she was so good at doing last month, but i'm hoping it's just a small growth spurt and she goes back to sleeping all night soon.  Mama needs her sleep!

we really can't complain about anything, though.  she is the happiest, sweetest babe.  we are loving life with our little chunk. 

how did we get so lucky?  Happy 4 months baby doll!

i can't believe I'm saying this, but our little sweetheart turned 3 years old this month, on the 5th. ok, seriously, where has the time gone?  our munchkin is no longer the baby of the family, and i'm not so sure how i feel about that.  all i can say is we thank our Heavenly Father every single day for blessing us with her.  she is so so perfect for us and brings laughter into our walls every single day.  she's the sweetest big sister that just loves her baby with all her heart.  she cries when Kylie cries, smiles when she smiles, and will do anything to make her happy...even if it means twirl around the room while making funny faces.  she's in love with her little sis, and we love love love that about her!

daddy had to work on Emma's birthday, so we didn't do anything super special on that day.  we planned on having a little play date fun with some of Emma's little friends the next day, so we decided to work together with grandma and prep for it on Wednesday.

And the next day, it was time to go play!!  Thursday morning we packed up all the treats and juice boxes and headed out to tivoli village with grandma to play with friends!  Emma absolutely loves all her friends and had a blast.  

Emma, 

I love you SO much.  We have only had you in our family for 3 short years, and yet, I can't imagine what life was without you.  You have made these the most exciting 3 years of my life, and I will forever be grateful to you for it.  Daddy and I enjoy every moment with you, and even find ourselves talking about you with the biggest smiles on our faces every day LONG after you've gone to bed.  You make our days.  I can't wait to see what tomorrow, and next year, and 10 years from now will be like with you in our lives.  Here's hoping the days crawl by so we have a chance to soak in every minute.
